Foreign Investors Council REAL-ESTATE COMMITTEE
Representative of Hauzmajstor, Djordje Pavkovic Bugarski is elected as a Head of FIC Real-Estate Committee in July 2009.
Real-Estate Committee is a sector based committee re-established in July 2009 after the increased interests of the members to proactively participate in the process of further development of this specific field in Serbia. Its main goal is to influence the improvement of the legislative system pertaining to real-estate, and establish the dialogue between the foreign investors and the state authorities.
Primary activities of the Real-Estate Committee are:
- Long-term work on promoting new strategic approach in formulating the regulatory framework and modernization of the current state administration
- Analysis of the real-estate regulatory framework, as well as looking into burning issues related to this field (permits issuing, land development fee, etc)
- Establishing good communication and cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
- Developing relations with other organizations dealing with the real-estate issues
- Sharing best practices from the international Real-Estate market via mother companies
- Active contribution to the overall improvement of the real-estate sector
