Company attend regular and periodical trainings geared toward improving their service and professional advancement capacities. - Is it possible to use your services without a contract? At this time only clients in our Customer Network who have valid subscription contracts may use our services. Our priority is the satisfaction of our clients who belong to our subscription system.
- Is it possible to use your EMERGENY SERVICES without a contract? Yes. We understand that clients may in some particular situations require urgent response or service provision at a specific time. With a view of meeting mentioned needs we provide emergency services to clients who do not have a subscription or service contract with us. On the same note, we have to mention that the rates for emergency services are higher than our regular rates and that the only accepted method of payment is either by cash or credit card at the time of service provision.
- Why is there a subscription program anyway?
is a private utility company whose primary business activity is service provision. The existence of such service entails high operating costs with low profits. In order to keep the established methods of operation running, sustainable, and affordable, it is crucial to operate based on the joint participation principle which is quite common for these types of services and is implemented though our subscription program. - What are the benefits of joining your subscription system and what are the costs of joining? Clients receive the possibility to utilize all the services we provide, take advantage of special discounts and promotions all while feeling secure and confident about the company they hire. For properties up to 100m2 the subscription is 6000 RSD and for properties between 100m2 and 500m2 annual subscription is 10 000 RSD. For properties larger than 500m2 please contact our Strategic Clients Relations Service. Mentioned prices do not include tax.
- If I sign the subscription contract will I be assigned with a person in charge with whom I can have a regular communication? Absolutely,
is organized according to groups of clients we work with. Upon signing the contract every client is referred to a specific contact in charge with whom he/she may establish a regular cooperation in terms of concerned property upkeep and maintenance. - How can I schedule the intervention? Interventions are scheduled exclusively through our Customer Relations Center.
- How can I sign the maintenance contract? It is very simple. Just fill out the online form and our representative will come to you with a signed contract.
- Is there a maintenance service that you were unable to provide? We have had no such situations. If by chance we are not able to help you, we know who is.
- Why should I use
services when I can do all that myself and cheaper? Simply because
